Our Care Coach Mobile Unit provides hot meals, fresh fruit, housing assistance and health screening to underserved & low income communities.

A recent study conducted by the Central Florida Commission on Homelessness revealed that “the average annual cost to be homeless and cycling in and out of emergency rooms and inpatient hospitals was $31,065 per person per year.” The study found that the cost of providing permanent supportive housing to even those in long-term situations would be one-third of that cost per year, and would save millions of dollars over a multi-year period.

This means that initial cost-free living and support systems followed up by an affordable housing option is necessary for homeless families to obtain long-term sustainability and success.

How can you help?

We ask everyone a particular question when we explain our vision. Have you ever had a conversation with a homeless child? We have. It’s as if the light that drives the human existence has died out inside of them.

It’s as if they are not looking at you, but looking through you to see if you carry any greater character than the ones that abandoned them. How can you help? Your $0.43 cents a day can save a homeless child? That’s only 12.99 cents per month. Less than what you spend per on a bottle of water or a small coffee.
